Today at work was a peculiar day, I started with coffee and ended with being lightheaded. The time in between was not what you’d expect.

I helped orient my new hire this morning, during which I became jealous of the training type he will receive. But, being the resourceful yet sometimes selfish person that I am, I found a way to have myself trained in the new way at the same time.

Then after the orientationing was done we had an actually pretty productive meeting, aside from the fact that we no longer had time to get food before the next part of the day.

Just a bit later…

Then in the way that things usually are, after sand volleyball comes a hike. Which, as it usually happens, quickly devolves into a game of tag at a playground.
